Hold Me Tight®: A Workshop Designed for YOU and YOUR Relationship
​Based on Dr. Sue Johnson's book and research-backed Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Hold Me Tight® workshop curriculum helps couples have seven private conversations that are designed to help you understand where your connection is getting off-track and develop tools to build a more secure, more satisfying relationship.  â€‹â€‹â€‹

Meet back together with the small group to process with other couples and ask the facilitators any questions that arise

Talk privately with your partner for 20-30 minutes to have the Hold Me Tight conversation. Support from facilitators will be available.
